How weight loss works...

Step 1 - figure out your daily energy expenditure(the amount of calories your body burns in a day)

Step 2 - create a calorie deficit (take off 300-500 calories from that number) and begin to move more... this could mean the gym cycling running or simply walking but I would suggest picking something you enjoy so that you stay consistent with it

Step 3 - keep working at it because it takes TIME!! it’s not going to happen overnight so keep going with it as you will begin to notice changes over time
